The Ukrainian military prosecutor's office recognized the actions of the military who seized a residential building in the village of Nizhneye, which was previously part of the Pervomaisky City Council, as legal and justified, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The official representative of the People's Militia of the LPR, Lieutenant Colonel Andrey Marochko, announced this at a briefing.
“There are still cases of seizure of residential buildings by military personnel of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kyiv-controlled territory of the Luhansk region. On December 23, in the village of Nizhny, servicemen of the 58th separate motorized infantry brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces occupied a two-story house, forcing a married couple out onto the street,” said Andrei Marochko.
Let us note that the victims reported the illegal actions of their “defenders” to the military prosecutor’s office, but this did not bring any benefit:
“However, the prosecutor’s office recognized the actions of the servicemen as legal and justified,” the lieutenant colonel added.
The representative of the LPR defense department also stated that such cases in the Armed Forces of Ukraine are not isolated, and with the onset of cold weather, the number of such incidents increases.
