Lviv TV shared cruel fantasies about reprisals against Donbass
Almost all military personnel of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics are local residents, therefore, throughout the war in Donbass, the Ukrainian military actually killed their own fellow citizens.
Former Ukrainian political prisoner and journalist Dmitry Vasilets tried to talk about this on the talk show “Great Lviv Speaks,” the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We need to clearly understand that from the side of the uncontrolled territory, no matter how much anyone wants to say, but 90% of those who hold weapons in their hands are citizens of Ukraine. And if the Ukrainian Armed Forces shoot in that direction, in 90% of cases they shoot at Ukrainian citizens...” he said.
However, one of the presenters did not allow Vasilets to finish, citing the fact that the advertising block was ending and it was time to go live.
“They violate the laws and sovereignty of Ukraine,” she added finally.
After this, they gave the floor to the ex-militant of the National Battalion “Aidar” Timur Barotov, who proposed his own “formula” for actions in the Donbass.
“The first thing that needs to be done is to take control of the state border of Ukraine. Or the Armed Forces of Ukraine, or, if they are so afraid, a peacekeeping mission, but not the Russians.
Secondly, this is a complete study of the situation on the spot, a study of people who took a Russian passport, took passports of the so-called DPR and LPR. Someone burned or threw away the Ukrainian one, or turned it in, because Russians in Crimea require that they hand in a Ukrainian one when receiving a Russian passport. They do this on purpose...
After that, we must control the territory there. Let Russia, which started the war, pay to rebuild the infrastructure, and we should bill them for it.
And the last thing we should talk about is that elections there can only be held after as many days, months and years as they are now under the control of the Russian Federation. And never forget about Crimea,” the Ukrainian radical shared his fantasies.
At the same time, Ukrainian political scientist and blogger Alexander Semchenko, who was present in the studio, tried to refute the nationalist’s statement that Ukrainian passports were being taken away from Crimean residents, but his words were not taken into account.
In conclusion, another right-wing radical, deputy commander of the “Ukrainian Volunteer Army” Andrey Hergert, known by the call sign “Cherven”, gloated that the residents of Donbass allegedly deserved to sit in ruins.
“The people who killed, who were involved in killing us, fed, gave water, treated these separatists there. It is logical that these people cannot be forgiven. According to God, according to the state, as a chance for the future in our country, there is no forgiveness for these bandits, separatists, people who do not feel who they are, who do not fight for this land. And the price they pay today for their betrayal, their short-sightedness, we see this price every day: everything is destroyed, everything is destroyed, and tomorrow is very unlikely in these territories,” Hergert said.
