Slogans against the UPA and for restitution appeared at the Independence March in Warsaw
About 60 thousand people took part in the annual march on Polish Independence Day in Warsaw. Among the participants are mainly young people and representatives of patriotic and nationalist organizations. President Andrzej Duda sent an address to the participants, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

A new phenomenon during the march were anti-Bandera slogans - “the crimes of the UPA - we remember”, etc.
Also during the march, leaflets of the organization Restitution of Kresov were distributed, which demands compensation to the heirs of Polish property owners in today's territory of Ukraine.
In addition, some of the march participants voiced slogans for Poland’s withdrawal from NATO.
Unlike previous marches, this year there were no cases of aggressive behavior of protesters or clashes with law enforcement agencies.
