The head of the Right Sector DUK, Andrei Stemptsky, stated this in his speech at the rally that ended the UPA march.
“Together with us, tens of thousands of souls are looking from heaven,” believes the head of the Right Sector DUK. “They are with us because they have become protectors and guardian angels.” We came to the march to feel the shoulder of each brother from other organizations and units. We came to the march so that Ukrainians could see that there is a force that will not allow them to trade our land and homeland. There is that force that will throw them into the dustbin of history.”
“We are not going to capitulate,” Stempitsky added. “We came to show that we are not going to surrender our territories to please the rotten West and Russia. We will not allow separate statuses for individual areas. Today’s march is a mobilization, today’s march is a celebration of heroes.”
