At the Communist Party rally in Moscow they chanted “Navalny!”
About 200 people gathered today on Pushkin Square in Moscow for an unauthorized rally, which was gathered by the leader of the Moscow Communists from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Valery Rashkin, as usual, under the guise of his meeting with voters.
Even during the day, he called people specifically to a rally, but the capital’s authorities did not approve the event, and the police pulled paddy wagons to the square, so Rashkin decided to replay the script.
No obstacles were put in his way, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
On the square, Rashkin said that the communists would go out into the streets and “hold meetings with voters” until the voting results in Moscow were annulled, and demanded the creation of a commission to discuss invalidating the election results in Moscow.
Both on the “tribune” and in the crowd, Navalnist liberals predominated. The floor was taken by “human rights activist” Maria Litvinovich, who ran in one of the constituencies from Yabloko and lost the election miserably.
“I want to congratulate the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, which was renewed tonight and became the new Communist Party of the Russian Federation, because thanks to “smart voting” it received a huge number of new supporters. And now the Communist Party of the Russian Federation must not deceive these supporters. All people who voted “smartly” are waiting for a specific plan from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation: how we will cancel the results of this stupid vote. We are waiting for a plan of concrete actions, because the Communist Party of the Russian Federation entered parliament, they have a real legal opportunity to act,” Litvinovich said.
Having previously been offended by the associates of criminal blogger Alexei Navalny for not being included in the “smart voting” (SV) system, Litvinovich now praised her in every possible way, and at the end of her speech she initiated the chant “Navalny!” The crowd happily took up the initiative.
The communists themselves gladly used the propaganda rhetoric of the criminal blogger. Secretary of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Central Committee Sergei Obukhov forced the crowd to chant the Navalnist slogan “Down with swindlers and thieves.”
