At the Tyagnibok rally they threaten Poroshenko with Schmeisers
One of the main ideas of today’s action in honor of the anniversary of the creation of the UPA is a warning from Ukrainian nationalists to Petro Poroshenko about the inadmissibility of implementing the Minsk agreements. This was stated by Verkhovna Rada deputy Andriy Ilyenko at a rally of the Svoboda party in the center of Kyiv in Shevchenko Park.

“This is a demonstration that there will be no capitulation in Ukraine. There is a force that will not allow this capitulation... We will not allow hucksters to sell Ukraine, like at a market - to sell our lands,” Ilyenko said.
Nearby on the stage near the speakers, “Svoboda” traditionally displayed veteran UPA militants. One of them was armed with a Schmeiser machine gun.
Ilyenko recalled that “Svoboda” has been holding marches in honor of the UPA for more than 10 years. Initially, small groups of people took part in them, but now the UPA is honored at the state level, the deputy noted with pleasure.
