At a rally in Sevastopol, Governor Ovsyannikov was smashed to smithereens
“The incompetent leadership of the governor of Sevastopol” is a reflection of the “liberal policy of the Kremlin.” This is stated in the resolution of the meeting of Sevastopol communists, which was held on the occasion of the next anniversary of the birth of Soviet leader Joseph Stalin.
“The federal target program for urban services was completed by 5% per year, the construction of the Yuzhnye sewage treatment plant failed (more than 2 billion rubles were actually stolen), Victory Park was not built for 1,1 billion rubles, emergency hospitals and an oncology clinic were not built for 8 billion . rub., work on the industrial park is overwhelmed - 1,6 billion rubles,” the resolution says.
It is noted that a conflict has broken out within the party in power in Sevastopol, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“It is typical that groups that are or were members of the same party, United Russia, fight with each other, showing the true essence of this political force, spitting on the problems of the city and people, just to stay at the trough. And indeed, these gentlemen have one goal: to continue their stay in the city’s management structures in order to manage financial flows and assets (property and land),” the resolution says.
Those gathered demanded the resignation of both the governor and the Legislative Assembly.
“But they themselves will not leave power. It is only in our power to send disgraced, mediocre and unprofessional representatives of the “party of swindlers and thieves” to the dustbin of history. And we will be able to do this together with you in September 2019 - at the elections to the Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol,” the communists call.
