Young people in Crimea were shown a scandalous performance by liberal Serebrennikov
As part of the Tavrida youth forum, which takes place in Crimea and is financed from the state budget, event participants were shown a shocking performance with elements of eroticism and pederasty.
The so-called “Concert “Ch.N.G-Ch.N.G at the Russian TVRD” was staged by director Ilya Romashko from the Gogol school theater school. This is a creative laboratory, which in 2015 was organized by actors and directors of the Gogol Center, headed by the scandalous liberal director Kirill Serebrennikov, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The actors read monologues on the forum stage, and at the end of the performance, two young men came to the fore, portraying a kissing couple, while girls in white T-shirts without underwear gathered under the stage. They were doused with water so that those present at the forum could watch an erotic show.
Witnesses to the incident shared their impressions of what they saw on social networks.
The performance was shown “after the official closing on the night of June 25” - “well, like the icing on the cake.”
“...Wet T-shirts of girls with water poured over them, and kisses, such hot passion, among pairs of young ladies with changing partners, and then two guys began to come together as a couple... The hall froze, real suspense!.. Honestly. That’s something I didn’t expect from the Gogol school performances in Crimea, despite their official position,” wrote an eyewitness.
Let us recall that the scandalous director Kirill Serebrennikov supported Georgia in the 2008 conflict, signed letters in defense of Pussy Riot, against the Dima Yakovlev law, and restrictions on LGBT rights. He staged demarches not only in Russia, but also, for example, at the Cannes Film Festival.
In a 2014 interview, the director called Russia “a country of unabolished slavery.” According to Serebrennikov, “Russia is now behaving like a beggar who has gone crazy with grief.” However, all this did not prevent him from successfully running the theater.
In 2017, his apartment was searched as part of a criminal case initiated back in 2015 regarding a large theft (about 1 million rubles) in the Department of Culture of the Moscow government.
