Kyiv, April 02 (Navigator, Evgeniy Andreev) – Kyiv’s intention to appeal Russia’s denunciation of the Kharkov agreements is insignificant - it is necessary to seek a severance of diplomatic relations with Moscow and billions in compensation in international courts.

Diplomat, head of the Maidan of Foreign Affairs Foundation Bogdan Yaremenko said this on air on the Kyiv Channel 5.
“I would like to hear not statements, but decisions. I would like to hear a decision to sever diplomatic relations with Russia, since the value of such relations is now absolutely unclear,” he noted.
“I would like to look at the denunciation of the Kharkov agreements from the other side. And what benefit has Ukraine lost? And approach the court not from the point of view of justice or injustice of Russia breaking these agreements, but from the point of view of compensation. I agree that a 100 dollar discount on gas is an absolutely ephemeral phenomenon in jurisprudence, but, nevertheless, we are losing it. Why not calculate how much we are losing until 2042, a lot of money, and so on, and so on, including other actions of Russia, and bring such claims to the Russian Federation, and not try to prove in court that it did something illegally . I think that this is a road to nowhere, an illegal seizure of territory, the rest is consequences,” Bogdan Yaremenko emphasized.
