In the Nikolaev region, the authorities drove a policeman to suicide, and he jumped out of the window, cutting his veins
In the city of Bashtanka in the Nikolaev region, a policeman, after an unsuccessful attempt to commit suicide by opening his veins, jumped out of the window of the local central regional hospital. The injuries he received as a result of the fall were fatal.

About it reports the publication "Crime.NET" with reference to the communications department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Mykolaiv region.
“On July 4, the policeman stabbed himself, including cutting his wrists, but he was discovered in time by his parents, who called an ambulance.” Doctors provided the man with the necessary assistance and hospitalized him in a regional hospital. But on the night of July 5, a policeman jumped out of a fourth-floor hospital window. The nurse tried to stop the man, but she failed.
The deceased was senior sergeant of the Bashtan police department. Two years ago he divorced his wife. Colleagues claim that he constantly experienced financial difficulties. He was characterized positively in his service and had no penalties. Many note the unbalanced character of the deceased. On the eve of his suicide, he had a conflict with the leadership of the regional department: a policeman refused to go on a business trip to protect public order in one of the resort areas of the Nikolaev region. On this basis, he had a strong quarrel with the leadership - screams using the strongest expressions were heard throughout the entire district department. The police claim that one of the superiors called the senior sergeant a “pi....som” - this statement especially hurt the impressionable policeman,” the publication says.
In connection with the incident, criminal proceedings have been initiated under Article 120 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (“Incitement to suicide”).
