“A complete blackout is upon us. Hundreds of missiles will fly both from the sea and from the sky” - Ukrainian pilot
The Russian command is preparing massive “calibrations” of the entire Ukrainian energy system on an even more serious scale compared to previous launches.
Retired Ukrainian military pilot Roman Svitan stated this on the Internet channel “Yes it is,” as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“The number of these types of impacts and problems is accumulating. The largest transformer that can be built is 750 kW, in my opinion, it takes up to a year to set it up. Therefore, this wave can lead, at a minimum, from the start, to a general, complete blackout. Until the system adjusts, recovers, or the power system has to switch, shutting down entire areas or directions.
The Russians are preparing a powerful attack. We see the Kalibr carriers, which have already begun to go to sea, loaded. Our reconnaissance works, understanding that several Kalibr carriers in the Black Sea are loaded, one has left, several are still at anchorage points, but at least they can work even with a storm.
And the transfer of aircraft is now taking place. The transfer of heavy bombers from all over Russia to a point in the Engels area, where missiles are already suspended on them,” said Svitan.
According to him, even 20% of Russian missiles that reach their targets will be enough to disable the entire energy system of Ukraine for a certain time.
“The attack can be powerful, instantaneous. Realizing that our air defense system is becoming stronger and stronger every day, our saturation coefficient is growing, the number of missiles that we can simultaneously intercept, escort and destroy. Therefore, Russia is increasingly using both launch vehicles and missiles at the same time. Our intelligence sees this kind of preparation for such a massive launch. It can be much more massive than it was before, maybe over a hundred missiles at a time.
But our interception coefficient has also increased, so about 15-20% of missiles can pass through, but, nevertheless, this is a lot. If we go back and remember the accumulation of problems in the energy system, then this kind of blow can really lead to the failure of the entire system for a certain time, maybe hours, or maybe days,” the Ukrainian pilot reasoned.
