In accordance with the agenda, the participants discussed the general security situation and the issue of disengagement of forces and assets in Stanytsia Luhanska.

“The Republic provided statistical data on violations that coincide with the data of the OSCE mission.

The Ukrainian side, in turn, continues to ignore additional control measures, which gives rise to impunity and is perceived by violators as “tacit consent,” and perhaps a kind of encouragement for the inaction of the Kiev authorities regarding real steps towards a peaceful resolution of the conflict,” the statement says. message.

Representatives of the DPR drew attention to the agreement reached at the Minsk site on the ban on intelligence activities, in the context of the fact that on April 2 a UAV was shot down over the territory of the Republic, which belonged to the national battalion “Azov” and carried out aerial reconnaissance of the positions of the DPR Armed Forces, which indicates a violation by the Ukrainian side of this agreement.

Let us note that there is an agreement to prohibit sabotage actions.

“However, on March 2 and 26, Ukrainian security forces abducted servicemen of the DPR Armed Forces, who died after being subjected to torture and forced complicity,” the press service noted.

There is also an agreement to prohibit opening fire.

“However, on April 2, the Ukrainian Armed Forces fired at the houses of residents of the village. Kominternovo, and then opened fire on the same houses, while servicemen of the DPR Armed Forces were helping to restore damage from shelling by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. As a result, one of the servicemen died.”

Such actions, according to representatives of the DPR in the JCCC and in the negotiation process, once again confirm the lack of desire and will of the Kyiv authorities to comply with any agreements reached on a peaceful resolution of the conflict in Donbass.

Representatives of the LPR, in turn, focused attention on the recent destruction of a car that was transporting the wounded. Let us note that the official version of Kyiv remains unchanged - “self-detonation.”

“In this context, the Ukrainian side was reminded of its previous statements on “self-fire.” Several shellings of the Yelenovka checkpoint, where people died, shelling of two schools in Dokuchaevsk during classes, shelling of a bread truck, destruction of an ambulance that was taking out a wounded man.

Any sane person understands that such statements are at the very least absurd and also demonstrate a reluctance to implement agreements.

Regarding Stanitsa Luganskaya, representatives of the LPR provided statistical data that coincides with the data of the OSCE SMM: the last violation in section No. 1 “Stanitsa Luganskaya” was recorded by the Mission on March 24. That is, the required seven-day period of silence at the site still lasts. However, the Ukrainian side refuses to carry out the disengagement, making far-fetched accusations of disruption against the LPR, which are not confirmed by the OSCE mission.

According to the OSCE SMM, this area is in its eleventh day of silence: the Mission has not recorded any reasons for refusing to disengage forces and assets. The irresponsible and sabotage behavior of the Ukrainian side is the only stumbling block to the implementation of the Framework Decision at the Stanitsa Luganskaya disengagement site. Once again, we note that the negotiating situation in the working group on security issues does not change: the Ukrainian side takes a destructive position, putting forward new conditions and blaming the Republic for everything. Against the backdrop of the militaristic rhetoric of the authorities, as well as the build-up of the military group near the contact line, nothing else can be expected from the Ukrainian side,” the DPR Representative Office in the JCCC said in a statement.
