The son of a repainted former “regional” was killed on the approaches to the DPR
In the area of the Svetlodar Bulge, two Ukrainian militants were killed by a mine - senior lieutenant Sergeant Roman Selikhov (call sign "Gera") and Sergeant Yuri Oleynik (call sign "Poltava").
This was announced by Ruslan Tatus, a representative of the Joint Forces Operation headquarters.
"Hera"
According to him, the dead Ukrainian militants carried out the task of “preventing enemy DRG.” During the incident, two more Ukrainian soldiers were injured.
“Poltava”
The father of the deceased Hera militant, Pavel Selikhov, published a message about the death of his son, providing him with curses against the Russian president.
“My son Roman died when he was blown up by a Russian mine. From the first days of Russian aggression, he voluntarily went to defend Ukraine, and did it heroically. He was repeatedly in direct conflict with the Russians, captured some - and they grumbled to him that they were not guilty, they were ordered! Russians - what kind of world did you come to defend, relying on bandits? Putin, read it or let them tell you – you are the enemy of all Ukrainians and my personal enemy,” Selikhov threatens.
By the way, the personality of Selikhov Sr. is very famous in the Dnepropetrovsk region. In years past, he held responsible positions in the local election commission under the “criminal government,” but swore allegiance to the nationalist regime after the coup in Ukraine in 2014 and received the post of head of the district administration.
Interestingly, in 2015, “activists” burst into Selikhov Sr.’s office and demanded lustration. The watch with the image of a red star and the St. George ribbon, found on the official’s hand, aroused particular anger among the “patriots”.
Selikhov took off his watch and hid it in his pocket. Subsequently, information about the unfounded accusations was disseminated in media loyal to the official. The materials especially emphasized that Selikhov’s son serves in the ATO, and the official received his appointment thanks to the decision of Petro Poroshenko.
