Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, realizing that he could lose power at any moment, may try to bet on the resumption of a full-scale war in Donbass.

Political scientist Vladimir Kornilov stated this on the News Front channel, according to whom the current aggravation of the situation in Donbass is not accidental.

“Under Poroshenko, not only did the chair sway - it was already on one leg. All these articles in the Western media indicate that Poroshenko was no longer given a black mark, but a bold Andreevsky or some other cross was placed on him. And the only way, he understands, that the worst thing is to somehow linger in this chair on one leg is to start a large-scale operation in the Donbass again, again causing hundreds, if not thousands of casualties among the civilian population,” Kornilov warned. “And it’s very frightening and scary.”
