Dnepropetrovsk, August 20 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – Transport police law enforcement officers will strengthen the security of strategically important railway facilities of the Dnieper Railway.

According to the press service of the State Administration of Railway Transport, all policemen, in addition to service pistols and rubber batons, received automatic weapons and ammunition with charges.
“The seriousness of the tasks is evidenced by the fact that all police officers received a full set of combat equipment. Our guys are fully provided, from shoes, ammunition to modern personal protective equipment,” said Igor Grintsevich, head of the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine at the South-Western Railway.
The combat group of transport policemen included detectives for combating criminal encroachments on cargo, criminal police officers for juvenile affairs, soldiers of the patrol service and other units.
As Navigator reported, earlier in the Zaporozhye region, transport police detained a serviceman returning from the ATO zone along with weapons and ammunition.
