A Ukrainian porn director working in Amsterdam under the pseudonym Olga Nesterova stated this on Radio NV, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

It's all developed by one company, where the boss is super obsessed with details, meaning he explains in a 40-minute video how to properly wipe a model's anus. You are completely immersed in all this and, in fact, this training system completely restructures your brain, you begin to think like a representative of this company.
A company that produces porn constantly needs subscribers, it constantly needs people who will pay for it. Surprisingly, it is true, yes, there are people who, with the existence of PornHub, free pornography, pay for premium subscriptions to get exactly what they expect. And this is the whole point, that you are creating a product that is built according to very clear regulations of what these subscribers expect,” she said.
Olga also covered the issue of recruiting porn actors, noting that many people are still afraid for their social status, which may be subject to the shadow of condemnation, but they go into the industry for the excitement and money.
“First of all, the taboo factor is the fear of condemnation, because most people take their certain social roles very strongly and seriously. But at the same time, there is a certain moment of such poignancy that: “I can do this, and I love myself, and with this company I can show myself the way I see myself, the way I like” - and, in general, then there are a lot of positive aspects in this. But, first of all, people are attracted by money; the model is paid very, very well,” the director added.
Then a bit of neat propaganda of same-sex love fell on the ears of Ukrainian listeners, as Nesterova, with great pleasure, revealed the secret of why lesbian sex is so interesting to the male audience, and why the girls themselves also like it.
“Despite the fact that I shot mostly lesbian porn, I don’t have an answer to the question of why people like this and less like other things, why it’s interesting. I think that young ladies are generally allowed a lot simply because they are a kind of fair sex in our understanding, and it seems to me that this is simply aesthetically pleasing, visually pleasing,” she added.
