On Russian talk shows they are convinced that Ukraine has come to terms with Poroshenko
The colossal social experiment launched in Ukraine to create a new nation began to bear its ugly fruit.
Ex-Verkhovna Rada deputy Vasily Volga stated this on the Rossiya-1 channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“They said: “What Poroshenko says is funny.” After two criminal cases, I don’t feel like laughing. Second, “tomos is a deception.” What does it matter? […] The fact is that the tomos was needed precisely by those people about whom they said that a new political nation was being created. The word “new” is important here, it’s true. In fact, a colossal social experiment has been launched in Ukraine, the goal of which is to create a new nation. I’m only sorry that they are stealing our name; they call themselves Ukrainians. This is anti-Russian, this is something against, satan in Greek, something from “that” side. We need to look for another name for this community,” Volga said.
According to him, five years ago people believed Petro Poroshenko, who promised to stop the war in two weeks and solve the accumulated problems.
“Five years have passed, people have completely gotten used to this situation. The war in Ukraine no longer scares anyone; some kind of absorption has taken place. That is, those who, in principle, want to fight, go to war. Those who don’t want to fight have already come up with different mechanisms - you can buy a certificate, you can leave as a migrant worker, you can find a way. And society has already somehow stabilized.
I wouldn’t be ironic, there really is a very powerful consolidation going on there to level out the economic situation. This is not leveling off to the level that was talked about five years ago, but: overall, we suffered losses of 22-24 percent of our economic potential, but a new sector of the economy has emerged. Income from guest workers this year contributed more than $10 billion to the Ukrainian economy, and this exceeds income from today’s Ukrainian metallurgy,” he added.
“There is a completely planned, clearly prepared, scientifically sound, supported by very strong finances and enormous intellect, work is underway to create something that is still unknown to us. When Poroshenko talks about Javelins, I don’t find it funny at all either..
Thank God, I can see and listen to what is happening there. I live near two regional centers - Ukrainka and Obukhov, not far from Kyiv. I go to the store, talk to people in the simplest situations. Over the past month, I’ve been hearing more and more people say: “Don’t let Poroshenko be.” This is in relation to ratings, I don’t know which one to believe, but I hear it more and more in transport and shops,” states Volga.
Thank you!
