It all started with the fact that political scientist Vladimir Skachko invited the “patriots” to say a few sentences in literary Ukrainian.
“Two Ukrainian patriots stand in front of me. If only the program format would allow it. I would like to hear if they can talk in pure literary Ukrainian, which I know thoroughly, write and dream. Not one of them will be able to speak Ukrainian,” Skachko said.
The controversial Kiev expert Vyacheslav Kovtun was the first to demonstrate his knowledge, after which a heated discussion ensued, which was calmed by the presenter, who also showed the ability to communicate in Ukrainian.
