If you have a situation where personal command personnel are destroyed, then there is a simple example - there was a group “Black September”, the Israelis worked with them, and there was no group “Black September”. People who give the appropriate commands must understand that they will answer for the execution of these commands with their own heads, and we are not talking about the executors of these commands, but about those who give them,” said Satanovsky.
