There is a scandal in the Rivne region over the greeting “Glory to Ukraine!” At school
In the city of Zdolbunov, Rivne region, a teacher of one of the schools allegedly punished 8th grade student Ivan Ogorodnik for greeting “Glory to Ukraine,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This is stated in the plot of TSN.
The teacher himself denies that this was the reason for punishing the student and claims that he put the student at the blackboard because he was making noise during recess.
An eighth-grader said that when English teacher Roman Prilutsky entered the classroom, he greeted the teacher with the phrase “Glory to Ukraine!” For this, the teacher allegedly grabbed Ivan by the ear and took him to the blackboard, where the guy stood for half the lesson. The student told his mother about the incident. She complained about the teacher’s behavior to the school principal and wrote a statement to the police, who are conducting an investigation.
Ivan’s mother noted that after such punishments, children will understand that they can be punished for the phrase “Glory to Ukraine.”
“The incident in the Rivne region clearly shows that children have already indulged in the trick of unpunished outrages under patriotic slogans. Now they can easily set fire to the school itself, while waving a state ensign. And this will continue until, due to illiteracy, these grown-up fools try to work hard for the Polish gentleman, who will quickly straighten their brains,” this is how Odessa politician, head of the Union of Anarchists of Ukraine party, Vyacheslav Azarov, commented on the situation.
