About it correspondent of the ZIK news agency said the head of the Right Sector in the Rivne region, Roman Koval.
The event took place in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Decommunization”.
According to Roman Koval, only the USSR coat of arms was removed from the monument. The stele itself will be left, but the nationalists intend to paint it blue and yellow.
