The deaths of Ukrainian children are in the hands of Parubiy and Groysman – human rights activist
The deputies of the Verkhovna Rada are to blame for the tragic consequences for society caused by the absence of the Minister of Health of Ukraine in the country.

Ukrainian human rights activist Eduard Bagirov came to this conclusion at a press conference in Kyiv.
“If the Minister of Health is not appointed within a month, then the deputies of the Verkhovna Rada, the heads of factions, and specialized committees will be guilty of the death of children and the death of citizens due to failure to receive a sufficient level of medical care,” the human rights activist emphasized. – The speaker of parliament, Parubiy, is guilty, and he should specifically bear criminal responsibility. Who else should be concerned about the problems of the Ministry of Health? The Cabinet of Ministers is the highest executive body of power in the state. Mr. Groysman is obliged to lobby through his faction and satellites in the Verkhovna Rada so that a minister with full responsibility is appointed.”
“The President of Ukraine, the guarantor of the Constitution, must bear personal responsibility for what is happening in our healthcare,” Bagirov added. – We are afraid to name names, calling them abstractly. Why do these comrades today believe that they will forever be untouchable? not today, but in five, ten, I’ll have to answer.”
