This was stated at a joint meeting of Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko with British Prime Minister David Cameron, US President Barack Obama, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, Italian Prime Minister Mateo Renzi and French President Francois Hollande.
“The heads of state discussed the global, continental and regional contexts of events in the East of Ukraine and noted the need to find ways to peacefully resolve the current situation,” the press service said in a statement.
As PolitNavigator reported, Petro Poroshenko is taking part in a two-day NATO summit with the participation of heads of state and government of 28 member countries of the Alliance.
