“I’m almost sure that the war in Donbass is over,” Pogrebinsky said. – I even believe that it will not be resumed. I am not ready to share all the information, since these are not my secrets, but this is the impression I got from communicating with Europeans and Muscovites. Of course, there are a lot of people who want to resume the war. But there is no strength to continue it against the efforts of important and strong players - the Kremlin, Brussels, Paris, Berlin, Washington and Obama personally. It seems that at some very important level a decision has been made to end the war.”
