Housing for the FSB will be built on the squatters of Simferopol

The mayor of Simferopol, Viktor Ageev, stated this during a “hot line” with citizens.
According to him, in particular, housing will be built on these lands for employees of the FSB and other law enforcement agencies.
“Representative offices of many federal services are located in Simferopol. I'm talking about the FSB, the police, the Ministry of Emergency Situations and many other organizations that have the opportunity to build housing for their employees. But, unfortunately, the city cannot provide them with the full amount of construction sites. Therefore, today there is a very pressing issue of freeing land from squatters and giving it over for the development of residential microdistricts, where kindergartens and schools will be built next to high-rise buildings,” Ageev noted.
In total, according to him, 360 hectares of land are under squatters in Simferopol.
