A US intelligence lair is being completed on the territory of historical Novorossiya
The United States has stepped up intelligence activities in the Black Sea after the reunification of Crimea with Russia. Reserve Rear Admiral Vladimir Bogdashin, who commanded the flagship of the Black Sea Fleet, the BOD Moskva, stated this in the Free Press studio.
“The group in Crimea is of particular interest to the United States. They have deployed reconnaissance posts and detachments on the territory of Ukraine and Georgia. They clearly monitor what is happening in our fleet and beyond,” Bogdashin said.
He is sure that the United States has long planned to create an intelligence center in Ochakov, which is now under construction, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The Americans have long been developing the Yuzhny port in the Odessa region. They created a school for Ukrainian non-commissioned officers. Naturally, they want stationary points to determine their influence in a given area. Ochakov is a good place at a sufficient distance from both Russia and Turkey. This will be a control point,” Bogdashin said.
