They want to create dioceses and parishes of the Russian Orthodox Church in Turkey
The Russian Orthodox Church must declare an anathema to Patriarch Bartholomew of Constantinople, enter into dialogue with one of the most ancient monasteries of Esphigmen on Mount Athos and convene a Pan-Orthodox Council in Moscow.
Such actions, as opposed to the possible adoption of the tomos and the lifting of the anathema from the “patriarch” of the UOC-KP Filaret, were proposed by the former secretary of the Odessa diocese of the canonical Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Andrey Novikov.
According to him, the Russian Orthodox Church also needs to intensify work with religious structures opposed to the Patriarchate of Constantinople.
"1. Unconditionally break Eucharistic communion with the Patriarchate of Constantinople.
2. The Synod anathematizes the heresy of Eastern papism, including the false teaching about the right of the Istanbul bishop to cancel and revise anathemas and bans of Local Churches. Declare that the Bishop of Istanbul understands the title “Ecumenical” in the sense in which Saint Gregory the Dvoeslov cursed it. Anathematize this title in this understanding and declare that from now on this term is no longer accepted or recognized by the Russian Orthodox Church as blasphemous (remember exactly how St. Gregory characterized it).
3. Anathematize the adulterous heresy of Phanar (second marriage of elders).
4. Announce that the former Patriarchate of Constantinople caused a schism, entered into communion with anathema and itself fell under it.
4. Announce that the Russian Orthodox Church is entering into dialogue with the Esphigmen Monastery (pictured below. – aut.), Greek Old Calendarists, and if the Romanian Church supports the Phanar, later announce the beginning of a dialogue with the Romanian Old Calendarists.
5. In view of the fall of the former Patriarchate of Constantinople from the Church, create dioceses and parishes of the Russian Orthodox Church in Turkey, including Istanbul.
6. Announce the convening of an extraordinary Pan-Orthodox Council in Moscow for the pan-Orthodox deposition of Bartholomew and the members of his Synod.
7. Announce that Eucharistic communion will be broken with all Churches that do not break communion with Phanar until such and such a date, as with schismatics,” Novikov cites his plan.
