The captains of ships that are inspected by Russian border guards in the Sea of Azov have no complaints against the Russian side.
The Deputy Minister for “Apostrophe” stated this in an interview with the Kyiv online publication “Apostrophe”.
According to him, there is not a single vessel that has complained about the actions of Russian border guards in the Sea of Azov.
The official notes that searches create inconvenience for crews and shipowners, but are not a violation of the law.
The publication asked why shipowners are not complaining.
“Because they make money there. If they are delayed for three hours, then they lose something. But they can be detained for 20 hours or longer. Therefore, we have no complaints. Hybrid warfare does not have a linear solution. What I see... Perhaps this will happen. But this is not a military path,” said the deputy minister.
At the same time, he repeated that there is nothing to negotiate with Russia, since it does not violate the law, but only does dirty tricks.
“That’s why they are Muscovites, to do dirty tricks. They can’t live without it,” says Grymchak.
At one time, Grymchak, a native of Donetsk, was active opponent of Ukrainian independence, demanding to prevent separation from Russia.
Currently, he has distinguished himself with a number of scandalous statements of an openly anti-Russian nature. Thus, the current deputy minister threatened that Russians will choke on blood and will not survive Poroshenko’s second term.
Also Grymchak said that Ukraine was considering the possibility blowing up a gas pipeline on its territory, which would deprive the Russian Federation of the opportunity to supply gas to the EU.
