Kramatorsk, October 26 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – The President of Ukraine arrived in Kramatorsk on the day of elections to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, where he got acquainted with the voting process at the polling station.

“I came here to protect the voting rights of military personnel,” Poroshenko said after talking with soldiers of the military unit, quotes his press office.
According to him, today more than 10 thousand military personnel will be able to exercise their constitutional right and vote.
“The President also spoke with voters and thanked them for their unity. He emphasized that polling stations in Kramatorsk, Dzerzhinsk and Slavyansk have opened, and the authorities will do everything to ensure the safety of the expression of the will of citizens on October 26 in the elections to the Verkhovna Rada,” the head of state’s website says. It is also reported that the president arrived in Kramatorsk by helicopter, and before that he inspected the second line of fortifications.
Let us note that Governor Alexander Kikhtenko voted in Kramatorsk.
