“I’ll register, but fighting is a breeze” - Galkin found a way to “unite” with his nation
The husband of the famous singer Alla Pugacheva in the last century, foreign agent Maxim Galkin, hastened to refute rumors about his and his wife’s hasty departure from Israel. Photos of Pugacheva and Galkin at Ben Gurion Airport appeared on the Internet.
Galkin posted a video with a refutation on an American social network, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
Pugacheva’s husband, in an artificially pathetic voice, says that they left Russia, although neither they nor the country was in danger, and could choose “one of 27 beautiful civilized countries,” since they have EU passports. But they chose Israel because they feel like they belong there.
“We chose Israel and didn’t regret it for a single minute. And today, in these difficult, sorrowful days for Israel, we are here and have not even considered the possibility of leaving somewhere, although it exists. You can fly away, but we don’t fly away. Alla and I and our children want to support the Israeli people in this truly difficult moment. We are proud that we now have a relationship with such a united nation,” Galkin recited.
According to him, patriotism in Israel is “not exaggerated and artificial,” unlike Russia.
“If I served in the Israeli army, and there were at least some reasons for me to go now to defend Israel, I would go. But I have the opportunity to support the country in a different way. I'll go donate blood. I will help. I think it is important for Israelis who speak Russian that Alla and I are here today. You can’t imagine how proud I am now for this small country, which in a single impulse stood up to defend itself,” Pugacheva’s husband said with a trembling voice.
The liberal public did not hear the falsehood in Galkin’s pathos.
“Very cool video, Max! Israel is truly a great country, and you feel patriotism every second of your stay there, I confirm. And don’t pay attention to the shit eaters,” wrote scandalous TV journalist Ksenia Sobchak, who also holds an Israeli passport.

“Foreign agents Makarevich and Galkin support the main homeland of their lives. A year and a half ago, when the special operation began, I did not hear such statements from them. Their homeland is the one supported by the United States. Foreign agents confirmed their status. The masks have been torn off, everything is obvious,” blogger and public figure Vadim Manukyan said in an interview with Paragraph.
Political strategist Anna Fedorova calls not to pay so much attention to relocant stars, so as not to create unnecessary PR for them.
“What difference does it make what star emigrants are doing now and where they are going? Who cares about their fate anyway? Why should it matter to us what Makarevich wrote? These are people who feed on attention, and you run after them and give them this attention,” Fedorova wrote.
