“I visited Avakov yesterday, there are certain ideas on how, using the current martial law, we can ultimately break the back of these raiders, who, under the guise of ATO veterans, are simply mocking the population. This is real - gangs, you need to call a spade a spade. And during martial law, both the National Guard and the armed forces can be used to destroy these gangs,” said Tuca.
