In Ukraine, the state successfully got rid of a hydroelectric power station for 107 million hryvnia
The State Property Fund sold the Pervomaiskaya hydroelectric power station for 107,7 million hryvnia, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was announced by the head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine Vitaly Trubarov on Facebook.
“Successful sale. The State Property Fund sold the Unified Property Complex of the Pervomaiskaya Hydroelectric Power Plant for 107,7 million hryvnia, with a starting price of 64,6 million,” he wrote.
According to him, three participants took part in the auction. “The winner, EMZA LLC, offered a price of more than 36 million more than the nearest price offer,” added Trubarov.
He also said that the buyer of the Pervomaiskaya HPP is obliged to ensure the preservation of the activity profile of the property complex, comply with the requirements of legislation in the field of electric power, equip the HPP with fish passages and fish protection structures and take into account the conclusions and recommendations of the environmental audit in further operation.
Previously, the State Property Fund did not rule out launching a large privatization by the end of the year.
