Ukraine is preparing to ban the activities of Rossotrudnichestvo
The activities of Rossotrudnichestvo in Ukraine must be stopped. Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Culture and Spirituality Mykola Knyazhitsky stated this on the air of the Ukrainian Channel Five, commenting on the trip of Ukrainian schoolchildren to Russia organized by Rossotrudnichestvo.

Rossotrudnichestvo, under the guise of promoting Russian culture, is engaged in promoting the values of the Russian Federation. Obviously, in war conditions the work of such an organization looks absurd. Very often, Russian intelligence services work under the roof of this organization. It is obvious that the activities of such organizations must be stopped,” Knyazhitsky said.
As for the trip itself, according to the people’s deputy, the Ministry of Education and the SBU should deal with it. However, this is mainly “a matter of the civic consciousness of parents,” since such trips are not prohibited by law, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We have maintained diplomatic relations, embassies, and all other bodies. This is not normal in the current environment. Embassies operate at minimum capacity, and organizations under whose roof the intelligence services can operate continue to operate freely. This situation must be stopped, or at least a certain parity must be established,” Knyazhitsky said.
