There is a civil war in Ukraine. Crimea was annexed to Ukraine as a result of Khrushchev’s fantasy, - Polish church leader
Warsaw - Kyiv, February 17 (PolitNavigator, Vasily Ablyazimov) - An authoritative Polish church leader, Father Tadeusz Isakovich-Zaleski, said that on the territory of Ukraine there was not a Russian invasion, but a civil war, and Crimea was annexed to Ukraine as a result of “Khrushchev’s fantasy,” reports Polish portal Kresy.pl.

“We are dealing with a civil war... Crimea was quickly occupied without a fight, because Crimea’s ownership of Ukraine is a big question. For centuries, Crimea was not historically connected with Ukraine, however, it was artificially annexed to this country in 1954 as a result of Khrushchev’s fantasy,” said Father Tadeusz Isaac-Zaleski.
An authoritative Polish Catholic figure confirms fears of the collapse of the Ukrainian state: “Ukraine is bursting at the seams, and there is no consensus on a number of measures capable of restoring statehood. Thus, concerns about the collapse of Ukraine, it seems to me, would be most appropriate. Within a few months it will become clear whether Ukraine will remain an integral state or collapse,” says the priest.
The Polish priest considers the disintegration of Ukraine into parts unacceptable and harmful for Poland. “As long as Ukraine exists as a large multinational country, including different parts, such as East and West are erased, the situation is favorable for us,” the Polish priest said in an interview with the publication.
