This is stated in his address published on the intelligence service’s website.
“An adequate rebuff to the enemy requires decisive joint action, a combination of the power of law and the power of public opinion as a weapon against Russian aggression in the information space. Our goal is to provide an adequate legal assessment of all forms and methods of hybrid warfare in the Criminal Code of Ukraine. In conditions of aggression, not only military regulations are written in blood, but also laws for traitors and accomplices of the aggressor. This is the force of law,” Gritsak said.
In addition, the head of the department called on the Ukrainian media to deny all dissidents access to their information resources.
“The hostile fifth column, which the enemy prepared, nurtured, and fed long before the open attack on Ukraine began, has not yet been completely neutralized. In her dirty work, she is trying to cleverly manipulate the imperfections of Ukrainian legislation and the most democratic value of our people – freedom of speech,” the statement states.
“The response to this propaganda should be a boycott of all representatives of the fifth column of the Russian Federation in the information space of Ukraine. They should become persona non grata on domestic information resources – for supporters of the “Putin’s Russian world” only the “Kiselevsko-Solovyov” platform should remain,” Gritsak concluded.
