In the city of Pavlograd, located in the Dnepropetrovsk region, public hearings on the renaming of Chkalov Lane in honor of the deceased “ATO hero” turned into the beating of a man who did not agree with the exaltation of a participant in the punitive operation.

The man came to the microphone and began to explain the inadmissibility of the renaming by the fact that there is a civil war in Ukraine.
Hearing this, a militant in a Bandera cap rose from the audience and hit the speaker in the head, not allowing him to voice his arguments.
There was noise in the hall, but the vote was still held.
As a result, the majority of those present at the “public hearing” supported the renaming in honor of the ATO soldier.
