In Ukraine, a memo for ATO participants was published - the list of benefits and rights took up 80 pages
Today’s issue of the Government Courier publication published a memo to ATO participants with explanations regarding the benefits, rights and guarantees of social protection of military personnel and members of their families.

The memo specifies the rights, obligations and guarantees of social protection of an ATO participant, useful advice on financial, pension and medical support, as well as provision of a land plot to an ATO participant.

The memo contains samples of certificates and statements of various examples, informs about all possible benefits, labor rights (illegal dismissals of ATO participants, social and legal guarantees, vacations) and the state program of psychological rehabilitation, the status of a person with a disability.
The certificate also provides an explanation of the loan: how payments are frozen, how to repay it.
