This was stated by the Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine Andriy Reva, a PolitNavmgator correspondent reports with reference to Ukrinform.

“Every fifth child in Ukraine is born out of wedlock. The number of single mothers has increased 15 times over 22 years. And therefore, I believe that our main task is to provide housing construction programs for youth,” Reva said.

In addition, he added that in Ukraine, 10% of couples separate in the first year after marriage. At the same time, in civilized countries, he noted, this figure is 1%.
