“During war, all normal states intern the citizens of the aggressor country. This is a normal practice, starting, in my opinion, with the Russian-Japanese War, including Canada and America, which interned citizens of the aggressor country. This is not happening here; spies, saboteurs, and murderers are moving across the territory of Ukraine,” says the ex-battalion commander. “You see it perfectly.”
“Our state is not making any efforts to protect our country. We have a responsibility to protect her. Yes, we must block the work of Russian enterprises. Yes, we must make it difficult for the aggressor country to make a profit, because this profit is used to destroy our independence. This is the only way we should approach it. We should not say that we are losing the jobs of Ukrainian workers. Yes, maybe we will lose the jobs of Ukrainian workers. The state must take care of these people; this is its immediate responsibility to protect the independence of Ukraine - to deprive the aggressor country of funding. This is our main task,” Vinogrodsky said.
