In Ukraine they want to legalize and tax cryptocurrencies

The bill, which proposes to legalize cryptocurrencies in Ukraine, will provide for taxation of cashing out and purchasing goods and services using cryptocurrencies, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

Tax will only be charged when withdrawing funds into fiat money or when purchasing goods and services. It will be 5% of the difference between the sale price of the token and the documented purchase price (or mining cost). Individuals will also pay a military tax of 1,5%.
