This was stated on Channel 5 by the presenter of the Maidan, now the Minister of Culture of Ukraine, Yevgeny Nishchuk. According to him, work on the creation of such an agency is already underway and the Verkhovna Rada will vote for its creation.
“We obviously need a touring agency that would be an adequate commission that would not do some kind of deregulation, namely, to a certain extent would regulate this aggressive propaganda activity of certain figures who come to the territory of Ukraine. This is still written down in some of the documents... If everything was fine with us, there would be no war and this ideological expansion on the part of the Russian Federation, then, in principle, I would not allow myself to make any points that would talk about censorship of art. I am against censorship of art. But I am for censorship of Russian propaganda, for deliberate influence, for taking away jobs from our artists,” Nishchuk said.
