In Ukraine they want to rent military equipment from NATO
Kiev is announcing a large-scale rearmament of its armed forces at the expense of NATO and, first of all, the United States.

Former Minister of Defense of Ukraine Anatoly Gritsenko stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The Armed Forces of Ukraine, just like other security forces, are in fact eating up old equipment that was developed, tested and mostly produced back in the Soviet years. Some equipment was developed back in the 50s - 60s, well, at most, in the 70s. It is obvious that it is outdated... We are on the verge of a massive update of technology. Thanks to, if this word is appropriate, Russian aggression, there is no longer a question of choice. If this had happened 10 years ago, then someone would have convinced us that we needed to buy from Russia, someone would have said that it should be purchased from NATO countries. Now no one will offer to buy weapons from Russia.
The question arises: which country will cooperate more broadly with us so that we have the opportunity in the leasing mode, in fact, rent at the first stage, in the free transfer mode for testing and testing, in the sales mode, joint production, joint repairs for compensation schemes so that we partially retain the technology, create jobs, and create new industries. Which country will we go for deeper cooperation with? And here the number one contender is America,” Gritsenko said.
