Rocket production is being liquidated in Ukraine
Having eliminated the faculty in Kyiv that trains specialists in the field of rocket science, Ukraine has taken another step towards turning the country into an agricultural appendage.
Deputy Alexander Vilkul stated this at a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Only a week has passed since the celebration of the day of the rocket and space industry, and the day before yesterday it became known about the liquidation of the faculty at the Kiev Polytechnic University, which trained specialists in this industry. After the scandal in the media, the university began to say that some kind of reorganization would allegedly be carried out, but this did not change the essence of the matter. This is another episode in the process of destruction of the aviation and rocket and space industries, which have been almost destroyed over these four years. Previously, we launched rockets into space, and now we even buy trams from Poland. Not a single aircraft has been built in the aircraft industry since 2016,” the politician noted.
He said that the day before he met with representatives of the Dnepropetrovsk Yuzhmash plant, which was the flagship of the world rocket science, and now the company has introduced a three-day working week and unique specialists are leaving, a huge number of whom are leaving abroad.
“The latest events speak only of one thing: the current government is purposefully destroying domestic high technologies and destroying the scientific and technical potential of our country, and looking back at the inhuman experiments in education and medicine, it is destroying the future of our country. Let the authorities honestly come out and tell the people why they are preparing Ukraine for the fate of a backward and completely agrarian GMO power with a small number of minimally educated population who are begging,” the deputy demanded.
