Ukrainian sociologists have found that the most popular foreign politician in Ukraine is the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko.

Ruslan Bortnik, head of the Ukrainian Institute of Policy Analysis and Management, said this at a press conference in Kyiv, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Lukashenko is the most popular foreign politician in Ukraine today, much more popular than Trump, Obama, and Merkel. The level of support for Lukashenko today, according to the sociological group “Rating”, at the beginning of this year was 63 percent. We do not have Ukrainian politicians with this level of support. Therefore, if Lukashenko ran in Ukraine, he would have won in the first round with a bang, even if there was an association of Ukrainian politicians against him,” the political scientist said.
