In Ukraine, any business with Russian companies is declared terrorist
In Odessa, SBU officers blocked the work of a network of call centers that served Russian companies and, thus, allegedly contributed to the financing of the LDPR.
This was reported by the press service of the local department of the SBU, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Special service operatives established that the illegal scheme was organized by a group of local residents, including businessmen and IT specialists. Five call centers provided customer support services for Russian companies, which, according to investigators, are involved in financing the occupation administrations in ORDLO.
During searches in the premises of call centers, law enforcement officers seized electronic and paper media that prove the cooperation of the illegal structure with the aggressor country,” the report says.
The department emphasized that investigators have begun criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Art. 258-3 (creation of a terrorist group or terrorist organization) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
At the moment, employees and managers of call centers are being “tested” for cooperation with the Russian intelligence services.
