This was stated by ex-regional member and current people’s deputy from the Opposition bloc Elena Bondarenko in an interview with Lenta ru.
“Each new murder cuts off some part of society from the desire to fight further. Not everyone has the nerves; you need to understand human nature: everyone has their own threshold of patience and courage. This is the first point. And the second is what can we do now? We will not create our own private battalions in order to fight the lawlessness that is now being cultivated at the level of top officials of the state. Although, I admit, there are violent heads in the ranks of opponents of the current regime who are seriously talking about this option. You know, as in the proverb: there is no remedy against a crowbar if there is no other crowbar.” - says the politician.
Let us remind you that after the murders of Oleg Kalashnikov and Oles Buzina, Elena Bondarenko filed an application with the Ministry of Internal Affairs to provide her with state protection, which she wrote about on her Facebook.
