There is not a single person in power in Ukraine capable of thinking strategically and planning military operations. About this on the air of the talk show “People. Hard Talk,” said ex-head of the SBU Igor Smeshko.

According to him, the political elite does not understand what the art of war is and does not have support both within the country and among foreign partners.
“Our political elite, which came to power, among them there is not a single officer with a military education who understands what the art of war is... There is no credibility in our leadership,” Smeshko said.
