In the coming years, Kyiv will have to pay huge sums to international creditors, which are simply not in the Ukrainian budget.

This was stated by the executive director of the International Blazer Foundation Oleg Ustenko, who was quoted by the Kiev magazine “Focus”.
“Ukraine has to pay off a large number of foreign debts. In particular, almost $4 billion in 2018, then almost the same in 2019. After that, we will pay $5 billion annually until 2021. Ukraine does not have that kind of money. If cooperation with international financial institutions stops, this will lead to an imbalance in the financial sector,” warns Ustenko.
