In Ukraine, even thieves have become impoverished; they now “put up” even simple apartments and take everything out of them. Verkhovna Rada deputy Yulia Tymoshenko stated this on air on the ZIK TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

According to her, the state is failing to cope with its main function - protecting the population.
“The main function of the state is to protect people in all forms. First of all, a person who lives in his own country should know that at night, during the day, in the morning, wherever he goes in his native country, he is protected, no one will rob him or kill him.
If you went somewhere on a business trip or somewhere on vacation, left your home, that this home was not robbed in the most brutal way, taking out the last things that are no longer of great value. But today there is so much poverty in the country that, in principle, everything has value,” Tymoshenko said.
