In Ukraine, 6 thousand alimony defaulters were put on the wanted list

This was announced by Minister of Justice Pavel Petrenko.
“During the 10 days the law was in effect, state enforcement officers banned 25 thousand people from traveling abroad for failure to pay alimony for a period of more than 6 months. Another 21 thousand people were prohibited from driving. Another 6 thousand people were put on the wanted list,” he said.
Let us remind you that on February 6, a law came into force that significantly tightens the liability of persistent alimony defaulters who are in arrears for more than six months.
